Meal plan

I am 7 months post op and have lost 79 pounds so far. My struggle right now is meal plans and what to eat or how many calories I should be getting a day. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    It would be variable based on your current weight. I suggest talking to a NUT and tailoring a plan to your needs.

    Having said that, people typically try to shoot for the following on here:

    1000-1200 cal/day

    at least 80g protien/day

    at least 64oz water/day
