Unjury protein

I've read good things so I went ahead and ordered some chocolate flavor and the starter pack so I can try the soup and strawberry. Anyone use this brand? If so, what'd you think of it?

Thanks!

  • I wasn't a fan of their sweet flavors. I did like the soup (if I could get it to come out without lumps, which was a crap shoot), and the unflavored one can come in handy.

The soup is my favorite too. I use a thermometer and heat my water to 140 and it comes out just right. Any hotter it will change the texture and be clumpy. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G928A using Bariatr

I ordered the chicken soup for post op and got it yesterday... it taste like a broth but not as salty so I think I will like it if I can get it to mix well. I didn't get the other flavors because I'm

Like the vanilla...gonna have to try the chicken flavor

Have you started the preop diet?

Mix your unjury shakes with fairlife fat free milk for added protein. 8 oz of fairlife is 13 grams of protein. Much easier for me to get to my post op protein goals.

Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder, a tablespoon of stevia, four ice cubes and put it in a blender. Makes a reasonable approximation of a milk shake.

Why yes I am! Proud diehard pats/Brady fan ??????

Ok, so that provokes a question: have you seen that weird billboard advertising a Tony Robbins and Tom Brady event? Tony Robbins looks like a madman on it. I actually took a photo of it and sent it to my brother because our dad was a Tony Robbins fanatic- made us "walk on fire" and whatnot many years ago.

On to the real topic, I wasn't crazy about the Unjury samples I got. The chocolate shake was so so and I screwed up the temperature of the soup. I like Jay Robb vanilla and chocolate flavors. I mix the powder with unsweetened almond milk and sometimes add the powdered peanut butter to the chocolate. I also recently found a coconut flavored protein powder by a company called SFH. I tried a sample size that I got from Whole Foods first. It was very expensive, but I ordered a big bag online because I love coconut and definitely needed to change things up a bit. When I'm on the go I take a Bananas and Cream Premier Protein with me.
