I'm about 7 months out from RNY and I'm just lately starting to feel hunger again. I used to just eat on the clock, never really felt hunger, but now, that old feeling is back. I have to be careful to remind myself to practice good eating habits and not "graze" through the day.
Wondering how everyone else is dealing with that?
