Popcorn

When is it safe to eat popcorn? I'm not asking what calories or fat etc. Just when can a sleeved stomach safely digest popcorn. Because of the hard parts etc.

Wait at least 8 or 9 weeks. 12 would be better.

Ask your team.

Skinny pop! .. but remember corn = bad = carbs = but it also has fiber and a little protein. Just consider moderation.

I would wait at least 3 months to eat anything off the menu... but always ask yourself .. is it really worth it?
