I eat Keto so I might fat fast for a 1-3 days but mainly, if you keep doing the same thing, you will lose eventually. Your body has to take breaks, you can't really make it lose if it doesn't want to unless you have been eating off plan.

I'm glad to hear it. Because I'm now drinking like crazy and I'm losing like crazy. Lost 53 lbs. since surgery date. I'm male Btw which explains the repaid WL.

Thanks for asking this question! I'm also stalled. I've upped my protein today. Tomorrow I'll add more water. Thanks for the tips. Hoping for a breakthrough.


Stalls are part of the journey, and there isn't much you can do about it. I just keep to my plan and eventually the scale will move again. I know this isn't exciting advice, but there isn't much you can do about it.
