  1. What have you all done to counteract / overcome your stalls?
  2. Have you talked to your Dr about it?
  3. Has anyone noticed any soon changes since being sleeved? My skin is so much more dryer, esp around my mouth and cheeks. I was sleeved 2/15 and just in the past week, I've noticed the difference in my skin and I'm just asking if anyone else has experienced skin changes
  4. Hey guys. Has anyone experienced drinking something, then having to burp, but throw up a little instead? If so, do you know if it's normal or why it happens? Thanks so much
  5. Wow, you seem upset. Thank you for input, but I think I may be done with this forum...
  6. Wow, that was morbid, lol. Was you trying to scare the cheating out of me? I def hope I survive a couple nibbles of fish as well. Thanks for the reality check tho
  7. Thanks for that. Im still feeling fine and I go for my f/u tomorrow. I'm going to tell my Dr I cheated, and we'll see from there I guess
  8. Has anyone cheated on their eating plans? Today makes one full week that I've been sleeved and I'm starting to feel like me again. I enter the full liquid phase today. During the past week, I've not been able to get in my liquids or Protein bc it just hurt too bad to drink anything, but yesterday I got in 30 grams of protein, and about 40 oz of Water. This morning I drank a 14oz bottle of water in about an hour (makes me hopeful.) I don't EVER eat fish, but MY BODY CRAVVVVED IT TODAY! So I bought a piece and chewed it to toothpaste consistency. Ive eaten about eight nibbles in four hours and I don't feel horrible (literally nor figuratively, lol) just wondering if anyone has skipped any phases and still been ok?

  10. Great for you, you look amazing! Do you have a lot of extra skin?
  11. Congrats!!! Keep up the good work
  12. I was sleeved same day as you and I can't get in more than about 30 oz a at. I'm just taking it one day at a time. I can't force myself to drink and become sick, so I don't. We are all different, so it'll be what it is I guess
  13. I feel like I swallow gallons of air every time I take a sip, bc its just that much gas in my chest and esophagus area, but then again everything i drink is ice cold. Im going to try room temperature to see how that goes down. I sleeved 2/15
  14. Leave it in the past. Don't dwell on it. Keep moving in the right direction!
  15. You may be being paranoid, but you have the right to ask questions. When is your f/u appt? Just be frank with your Dr then
  16. I've never had a baby, but I'm used to having a big belly, lol. I was feeling super full earlier bc I had drank a lot of liquids, but I peed it out and felt relieved as well. I still carry my big belly around though, lol
  17. I didn't think about the hernia being repaired. Today is the first day I drank more a full 16 oz in a day. I was sleeved on 2/15 and every drink was like I was drinking mouthfuls of air and I just instantly had gas in my esophagus. Today I'm drinking crystal light lemonade and I'm 4 days post op, so it's definitely a new day. I'm not at 64 oz yet, but I can slowly but surely see it in the future. Keep up the good work guys!!! I'm sure your sleeve is fine, every one is just different
  18. I got a week worth of shots, twice a day bc my grandmother passed away from blood clot to her lungs so I told my Dr it has always been a fear of mines. So idk if he gave them bc I needed them or to calm me down
  19. Thank you for the encouraging words. I appreciate them and I'm glad that I can look forward to feeling myself again
