You want a chewable or liquid vitamin. My surgeon recommends Opti-Source bariatric chewables. I don't like them, but I have yet to find something I like better.

There are gummy multivitamins out there. I couldn't stomach the vitamin powder, sublingual, or chewables so I asked my surgeon if the patches and gummy vitamins would be okay, he said to try them out and we'll see if my levels are good when I get a vitamin panel.

They were just fine except for vitamin D which I now take a pill for. Ask your surgeon first if he's okay with it.

Also, I got gummy at GNC store. I had surgery on March 14 and what product is best for me in the bariatric store?

I'm taking the gummy Mega Women vitamin too from GNC they are loaded with more vitamins then any other gummy I have read about . Before surgery I took the tablets for years even after I had chemo they really help me to get my strength back and my hair it has Biotin in it which is good for your skin and hair. I haven't lost any hair and my skin looks great no saggy skin for me! My doctors all said they were the best!
