I've never been a soda or tea drinker. I may not be getting in enough water. My tummy is full from the shakes. Great suggestion. Gracias!

The preop has me super thirsty. I guess I should count how much I drink, but it is at least 2 quarts on top of shakes. I have felt sick a few times, and it was always because I needed more water.

It's fairly common. I had them but I think mine were more related to caffeine withdrawal. You can also get them from the sudden cutting out of sugars/carbs in your diet. I took some Tylenol on the bad

Hello all,
For those of you who have done or are currently doing your liquid pre-op diet, did you experience headaches and if so, did you take anything for it (Tylenol)?
I'm on day 2 and have a pretty bad headache. I'm certain it's from my body adjusting to the liquid only madness I'm putting it through. Hopefully the headaches will subside as it gets used to the liquid. It's going to be a long 2 weeks! [emoji4]
