1 month post op. How am I doing?

It's been 1 month. "Drumroll please" I'm down 24 pounds. I'm happy with that number but I'm disappointed in my self because the first couple of weeks I didn't stay on track. If I did I probably would of lost more weight.

I'm happy though. It's a rocky road for me. I'm still not totally adjusted to this new life and relationship with food.

You will associate yourself differently with food, you will think about it differently. As long as you follow your guidelines, you will be fine!
Good luck and welcome to the losers bench! God bless you [emoji1317][emoji173]️
