Stalling Already
Have u tried genepro protein mix? I can't do protein drink either and genepro is flavorless and doesn't change the consistency of the drink. I mix mine in my coffee every morning.. it will take some time to figure out what u can eat and not eat.. I couldn't drink water up until like a week ago.. I live off of chicken salad, tuna, fish and shrimp lol

Hi 9 day out from my gbp!!
Congratulations on the beginning of a new healthier better life... I had RYN on 2/13/17.. still feels unreal but I feel so much better.. the beginning was a struggle because of gas pains and then I had inflammation in my ribs. [emoji44] worst pain ever... but just like giving birth don't regret nothing.. keep us posted ok..

So I am finally done 2 days post op sleeve to RNY Revision
I couldn't do any broth for the first 3 weeks.... I lived off sugar free Popsicle, yogurt, water and sugar free poweraid. However now I can't drink water and I am 6 weeks post op.. I did crave snacks and was very hard due to family gatherings and all my favorite foods.. I didn't give in tho I was to scared.. I have lost 23 pounds since surgery. Guess I am at a halt right now haven't lost a pound in 2 weeks lol. Well best of luck. Keep us posted on your journey
