Two days post op and awful Gerd ! Need help

Hi

Did anyone have Gerd immediately post op? Any natural solutions ? Other than feeling like everything is stuck in my chest , I have no other pain

I wonder if it's possible to do your post op diet as blandly as possible. ??? When I had Gerd, I switch my diet to bland food. Lost 13 lbs because I wasn't eating--due to that horrible stuck feeling in my chest too. I also took Dr Axe Leaky Gut Repair for a while and haven't had it since. But I wouldn't know about taking that stuff so soon after surgery. Hope you find something to help. I do know essential oils can help but as I don't use them consistently, I don't know which ones exactly. But I'll be getting myself some soon for just in case. I need to research it.

It is important to take the prescription acid reducers (or whatever the doc suggests). Once your stomach is healed, you can play around with natural remedies. Ulcers are serious.
