Hello everyone i am four weeks post op today. I had my surgery Jan. 31.
My heaviest weight was 307. the day of surgery I was 290 and today, I am 268. I am feeling down because everyone else seems to be loosing much more. I returned to work 5 days after surgery I start working out 2 weeks after. I am following my plan to the T and staying very active. I seem to just be loosing very very slow and I do not know why. What am i doing wrong????????
