Hi i am also new here my name is denise and i am also getting surgery march 8th i have a 2 year old princess and i am currently 283 pounds i am 22 years old and i am very nervous i still dont know what protein to buy for the pre op diet.


Dont be scared about it everything would be okay its just how your body reacts to anesthesia. Im more scared of my pre op diet that i would be able to follow it and that i am anemic

Mine is March 8th too! I am 31 years old starting at 319. I also have one boy who is 18 months old! Good luck ladies I will be following the thread so may be we can all be sleeve buddies. I am nervous about the pain. I have never had surgery before, but I figure if I can give birth I can do this! lol
