Returning to work after sleeve surgery
I only took a week well a week and 2 days since my surgery was on a Thursday. I honestly felt good exactly one week post op. My big incision still twinges but it's certainly not a reason to stay home. I take Tylenol and keep moving. I guess it's up to you. My step father took 6 weeks but he also wasn't doing what he was supposed to so. I guess it all depends on how well you are able to get your fluids and protein in. Definitely your protein

Phentrimine vs contrave??
I previously did Phentermine and it worked in conjunction with a hcg and b12 shot. I lost 50 lbs but the one side effect i had was memory loss and i had to stay on top of it by always working my brain muscle.

1st pureed meal
So, I am finally on the losers bench an I am good with the next two weeks of liquids especially since i have no hunger sensation. I am also happy to know that I will be moving to real foods again. My question to you guys is what was your first pureed meal. I'm so excited that i dont know what to chose first. Help! Any and all suggestions are welcomed.

Post op depression, is there such thing?
I've had Preop regret but none post op so far. I've been watching commercials and have been unbothered and I am good with my protein shakes(especially since I'm not hungry so I forget about them)

GOT APPROVED TODAY.... WHAT'S NEXT
Once I was approved the patient coordinator called me and gave me a date exactly two weeks from that day. If you haven't already done your testing ( my insurance required it before hand) you will have to get blood drawn, EGD, and a EKG and you may have to do a liquid diet. Best of luck and congrats
