I was sleeved on January 18th. I'm looking for some recommendations for a good multi Vitamin, Calcium plus D, and Iron. My current iron and calcium pills make me nauseous and so my doc suggested looking for chewable or liquid forms, even a pre natal, but no brand was mentioned. I need 1500mg of calcium.
