Almost 4 months out

I was sleeved 10/21/16 and the last few days I have been getting nauseous almost every time I eat, does anyone else have this problem? I am switching to liquid diet for a day or two to see if it helps and starting over. Any recommendations?

Does the chicken get stuck on the way down too? Are you waiting 30mins to drink?

I was sleeved 10/27/16 and I too get nauseous from time to time. I've been stalled since 1/4 so not sure what is going on. I'm only down 42lbs. It's killing my optimism about this entire process.

I am not sure if that it is what it is. I have been going with what my surgeon says. My urine has not been concentrated at all except in the morning. But then it is clear the rest of the day. We have decided to just go that way. I have just recently had to add protein shakes back in because I am not getting my protein in either. I am lucky if I get 500 to 600 calories in lol. I have avoided the hospital though!
