How soon have you had it after surgery?

I am almost 2 months out and just had my first little JIF single cups with some apple slices and, at least for me, it went down fine! I know it isn't the healthiest thing to have so I definitely don't plan to eat it more than a couple times a month maybe, but luckily I have no issues with it! I am going to start adding the powdered Peanut Butter to my Protein shake for some variety and added protein count :D

I waited till I was 3 months post op. Careful though as it has a lot of carbs and fat. Carbs are a diet killer. But I love it! lol! I have probably about a tablespoon every other day or so.

I am 3 weeks out and have been cleared to have it. It sits heavy in my tummy though so I don't do it often.
