  8. Shitty but I lost more weight time wise on the pre op than post. It's easier post because you physically can't eat post but it's all weight loss. Don't fret. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  10. 2 weeks for me. It goes down pretty easy. Can't eat a lot of it. I could eat about half of the JIF single cups. I didn't like it as much as I did before surgery but to each his own! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  12. It helped me to know that it is physically impossible for you to fill your stomach with enough calories to gain weight. You are eating nothing. You would have to drink liquid lard to gain weight right now and even then it would be hard to do. Ignore the scale. Good luck Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. I didn't follow my liquid intake either. You're not gonna die. It does get easier. Don't worry and keep at it. You will get there Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  14. I'd recommend some sort of structured work out. Taking a fitness class with an instructor will always push you more than you can push yourself. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. Took me a little bit to realize that fluctuating weight is not the same as gaining weight. You haven't gained weight. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  16. Your doctor said it was fine. Everything is fine. Don't overthink it and if you start feeling bad call your doc. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  17. Took me five days before I even tried to drink anything other than water. Don't fret in a week you'll forget how hard it was to drink today. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  18. Weight loss is a really simple formula. Calories in vs calories out. Keep at a deficit and it will come off. I find it detrimental to view other people's mega success posts. Number one they might not be telling the whole truth and two everyone is different. Keep on keeping on. You've lost 40 lbs in five months. If you lose another 40 you'll be 230 in June. Pretty impressive. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  19. Two premier protein drinks and you've met your goal for the day. It's my opinion this is by far the easiest way to get the protein in. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. Everyday it will get easier to drink. Give it time and you'll be back to normal. Don't worry everyone has gone through this exact same thing and it only gets better. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
