Food sensitivities?

I'm about 7 months post-op. I am noticing that sometimes after I eat, I break out in a rash (once hives) and my eyes water. I am pretty sure I'm reacting to foods; I've never had food allergies or even sensitivities before. It most recently happened Friday night- for dinner I had an avocado stuffed with grilled chicken and jalapenos, onions, and cilantro. Also had a bite of beans. Within an hour my face was blotchy and my eyes were stinging. I've looked for info about developing food sensitivities following wls but can't find anything--- wondering if anyone has heard of or experienced this?
