Ankle Weights

  • Popular Post

I went to 5 Below yesterday and bought two sets of ankle weights. One for my ankles and one for my wrists. I figure that it will help me when I walk.

Why would it not be effective?

It's great to do exercises with ankle weights! Sometimes the resistance from your own legs isnt enough. I use them while exercising with my personal trainer all the time.
