It's fairly standard not to hit 64 oz the first few days, you're still very swollen internally. Ideally if you are at 24 oz now, then tomorrow shoot for 30 oz and then add more and more. The good ne

Hello! I'm 3 days post op and I'm struggling to get in enough fluids. I'm at about 24 ounces of fluids for the day so far, that includes water and premier protein shake. I woke up at about 6am, tried to keep up with taking sips every 5 minutes, but I did take a nap for about 2 hours and got a little off track after that. I know I'm supposed get in about 64 ounces a day and I'm no where near that right now. Has anybody else has trouble with this? I was easily drinking at least 64 ounces of water or more pre op
