Losing 7.5 pounds in a month is not a stall. If you are not eating the quality of food that you know you should and are concerned with a lack of weight loss. Haven't you answered your own question?

I'm 6 months into my journey and I feel like I'm going to be stuck at this weight forever! My body is arguing with me and I'm not winning this fight
including pre-op I've lost a total of 75 lbs, "after" surgery I've technically only lost 55 lbs since August 3 and I feel like I'm failing at this .. I started at 260 pre op and now I'm 185.5 and I do eat what I'm supposed to although I'll admit I've had fall off the wagon meals (not quantity, quality) .. I know our body has stalls naturally but I'm just so worried that mine isn't going to budge past this point .. My weight loss has slowed and this month I've only lost 7.5 lbs and I just feel like I should still be losing 10lbs a month at 6 months out.
Have any of you been through this!? Any advice? I'll take anything.. Im not even close to goal and I guess that's what scares me the most ..
