Started June 26, going next week for surgery. Insurance required 6 months supervised weight loss program.

My orientation was November 18th and my surgery is scheduled for February 15th. In my program it all depends on you and the efforts you put forth.

I started July 2016 , my surgery date is Feb 13. (Tomorrow). My insurance and program required 6 month weight loss and hitting target weight before surgery.
