I just keep sipping on water. have used sugar free hard candy at places where I could not have my water but cant do too many of them as they cause gastric problems ugh

You can carry ice chips with you in a cup or I would also recommend using a mouthwash such as Biotene. It helps keep your mouth moist. I used to use it before I went to be so my mouth wouldn't dry out

Anyone have issues with a dry mouth after surgery. It's really bad when I'm trying to get my walks in. Typically I would have chewed some Extra, but was told I can't chew gum.
If you experienced this, what did you do?
