  19. When did you start feeling full? I'm still on full liquid but don't know if I've really felt full yet. I'm scared to push it, I'm wondering if it becomes more obvious when you start eating regular foods. HW 493lbs 3/2/16 SW 416lbs 1/10/17 CW 411lbs

  26. 9 days post-op So, we had tickets to the theater last night. We had to do so many errands yesterday that before I knew it, it was time to leave. When we got down there I knew I was behind on liquids and Protein for the day, which was my own fault. The casino/hotel has a food court so I figured I'd see what I could find while she went and gambled a little prior to the show. Well I couldn't find anything, until I came to the Chinese station, there I was left with 2 options Wonton Soup or Hot & Sour soup. I a little hesitantly chose hot & sour figuring I'd go slow to see if I could tolerate it. Well it was amazing, taste, texture, flavor, I had absolutely no problems and thought it was great. I ate from the small cup twice. I'm sure sodium was terrible but everything else was great on my taste buds. Anyone else eat this? If it's okay I could see myself eating that style alot. p.s. 12,549 steps yesterday, no idea when was the last time I walked that many. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App
