I have Humana in Florida and my approval was done in 3 days. I did call member services and told them that I had a surgery date and it was imperative that I know something asap. I hope this helps. Best of luck!

Hi, I'm scheduled to be sleeved 1/27 and it was discovered that I have a Hiatal Hernia about 4cm and my surgeon said it was no big deal and that he would repair hernia during sleeve surgery... I hope this information helps some.

Hi, I'm scheduled to be sleeved 1/27 and my bariatric center instructed me to drink powerade zero 20 oz per day for 2-4 days and take Senekot post surgery. I hope this helps some...
