Humana Approval Wait Time?

Does anyone have any experience with Humana? How long did it take for you to hear back on your claim submission with them? I have Humana in Louisiana, if that makes a difference.

    I have Humana in Florida and my approval was done in 3 days. I did call member services and told them that I had a surgery date and it was imperative that I know something asap. I hope this helps. Best of luck!

    I have Humana in Louisiana and info was submitted on a Monday and was approved on Thursday same week
