4 Weeks!

4 weeks post op today! Feeling so much better. My weight loss has been slow and now I'm stalled but trying to stay positive. Down 16 pounds since surgery!

    Becky when was your surgery. Been the same weight for a week!

    I am one month as of today. I went through a two week stall from weeks 2-4, that finally broke on Thursday. While weight wasn't coming off I noticed clothes getting looser, so I knew weight was shifting to muscle. The stall broke when I got to introduce fish. Shrimp cocktail never tasted so good.

    Had my follow up with my NUT and she said I'm doing great! Which was a relief. Just cruising on.
