Stephanielp my insurance company would only approve two facilities in the state, Tampa General or Jacksonville Memorial. They are both considered Blue Chip facilities. Tampa was a lot closer to me but still 3 hours away!

    Live in Orlando, was going to do surgery with Dr. Teixeira but switched to Dr Illan in MX after learning my procedure was going to be more expensive
