Weight loss frustrations
I see a lot of people talk about the 80+ Protein, but my surgeon said around 60 is sufficient and that I don't really need to go over that. I also do have kidney disease, so I'm wondering if that's why it's a little lower than everyone else is saying? Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App

Weight loss frustrations
I am keeping the sugar very low and also trying to keep the carbs very low also. When I first saw my surgeon, I was 340. Which was February, then in October when I went into the hospital for surgery I was 316. I gained 11 pounds while I was in the hospital. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App

Weight loss frustrations
I've really been watching the carbs. What is the typical ideal carb intake like? The dietician last night said not over 30 for sleevers... Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App

Weight loss frustrations
I got sleeved on October 21st. I went into the hospital at 316, left the hospital at 327 and today I'm 279. This week I only lost about a half pound. I'm beyond frustrated and feel like I'm failing this whole thing. I feel like I should be losing A LOT more than I am. So frustrated. Anyone else have slow losses or is this normal? I'm so discouraged. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App

Bari life multivitamin powder
Went to a support group at the hospital last night. The dietician gave us a list of all approved Vitamins and was talking about the Bari Life Multivitamin Powder. She says it has everything you need, Vitamin wise, in the power. 2 scoops a day, has all the Calcium citrate, D, Iron, etc. Has anyone heard anything about it? Is it too good to be true? TIA. Over 300's

Stall already?
I had my surgery on 10/21. When I went into the hospital I was 316. When I got home from the hospital, I was 327. I gained 11 pounds from being in the hospital. Week 1, I was down to 307. Week 2, I was down to 301. I weigh myself on Sundays. Today, I'm still about 301. I started my period around Sunday. Do you think that has anything to do with not losing anything or am I already stalling out? I'm worried and starting to feel discouraged. I'm having a hard time getting all of my Water in and mostly there with getting all of my Protein in. Am I doing something wrong?? Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App

Any Sleevers in Jacksonville, FL?
I had to go to an education class, see the dietitian, have an upper gi, do the 6 month supervised diet and have a psych evaluation. I've done everything except for the psych evaluation and finally the 6 month. I'm so excited, but nervous at the same time! Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
