be careful and do your research. we were told GENEPRO is being sued because its stats are too high you may not be getting the Protein you think you are.

Today I can start Protein shakes/ powder. I just had my first "shot" of protein. Note to self GENEPRO mixed with crystal light is no good. I'm going to try it with broth next.
Also I've been sitting here looking at my vitamins/prescriptions in fear. They always make me so sick. Well at least I have zolfran. I might have to suck it up and purchase the Patches for a little while.
