Pain in legs

I am 65 day post op I have been walking all the time and climbing stairs. I started to feel pain in my cave. I had a massage and afterward the pain seem to easy up, but still there. The massage therapist said that the muscle was really tight. but I am addicted to walking now so it I didn't stop walking and last night while walking i felt a pop in my cave. The initial pain eased up but now going up and down stairs hurt. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
