What does your daily menu look like?

I had BOB on December 29th and I am looking for your go to lunches and dinners. I also need to feed my family so some ideas of what we all could have (and like!) would be great!

I eat most everything my family does in moderation. I skip the starches. We eat grilled meats, rotisserie chicken from Costco, pot roast, etc. For me the trick is to cut the fat and calories. Sliced cucumbers and chicken salad for lunch, tuna or egg salad with low fat mayo. I track my calories using My Fitness Pal.
