I'm so Happy to finally have everything completed...


I wish a few old friends where here to share this moment with me,


but I'll share the news with them soon...


I will need all the support within the next few weeks

    So your starting your fast on the 25th??? I just said we need to do a group for 2/8 dates there are quite a few of us. And I know I'll need all the support I can get with this liquid fast : )

    Starting a group is a good idea. I am only required to do a 1 day clear liquid diet; however, I have been drinking two protein shakes and a small meal. And plan to continue this until surgery.
