  3. I had a piece of a cookie my daughter made. But that is it. I know the fastest and easiest weight loss will be early on and I don't want to not take advantage of this stage:)
  4. Can you do tuna? I know one 2.6 gram pack with mayo and relish gives me 17 grams of protein
  5. I have stayed with Atkins shakes. They are the easiest for me by far!
  6. I was told no treadmill right after surgery because of the unsteadiness/drain etc from surgery

  8. Hey all- just jumping in to hopefully relieve some stress! Had my surgery 2/8. I couldn't meet protein/water goals for 2-3days after but haven't had a problem since. I am 2 1/2 weeks out and down 20.9 lbs. meal plan in am- I log my meals for the day. I do that so I don't make rash decisions when hungry (which I'm not) and also to ensure that I meet my protein goal. You can do this! It is SO worth it!!

  11. I had my first stall a week and a half out of surgery. After a week of no loss- finally the scale is moving:)

  13. I am with you! I lost 16 lbs in first 8 days and then nothing in last 6 days. Frustrating but we will see a drop again soon!

  18. I was told not to worry about it til my six week appt
  19. I can't speak for spouse part because he is tall and skinny ([emoji107]?) but I can speak to watching someone else eat. I have 4 kiddos. 14, 6, 2 & 2. I was super concerned about not only having to see them eat but being the one responsible for all meals while I could not eat (on liquids) or being restricted amount wise. I am two weeks post op- it doesn't bother me at all! My family has ordered pizza! They got Mexican (my fav) and I was ok. I wanted some of course but didn't feel deprived. I have made all my Family Meals and I have survived. You will too!
  20. Thanks y'all!!' I knew that it was ok and Normal but still freaks you out! Thanks for setting me straight- so appreciate it!
  21. Hey all! I had surgery 2/8. I lost 2 lb a day for first 7 days. Now I have only lost 2 in last 4 days.at my post op appt at 10 days- they removed my drain and then told me I am clear for all exercise and to start introducing puréed foods as tolerated. It was super Earlier than I expected. I am frustrated but more confused. Still only eating roughly 350-450 calories a day and can't believe I am not losing! Sw- 255 Cw- 239 Gw- 150
  22. I was told I would be cleared at post op appt. However- I am 5 days post op and haven't taken pain meds in 2 days. I am up and moving fine- other than constraints of the drain. I am picking my son up from school today
  23. I'm only 5 days post op so no suggestions but had to say- good job!!!
  24. I am only 4 days post op- but can't start my next phase until the 22nd. So I will live through you til then! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
