way to go this is so much more than just about the food. it is a whole lifestyle change proud of you

THANK YOU appreciate that and you are spot on!!! I think I saw your reply to someone who said they couldn't work out and you have them a nice reminder of this is how we got here (if that was you:)) but yes exercise is critical. Sure the results of surgery are great but not enough to sustain us. Plus our bodies NEED exercise to be healthy. Even if it's a walk vs hard core workout. Something is better than nothing...we have to push pass our feelings! I was tired yesterday but reminded myself this is a new me and lifestyle I'm committed to but committed to me and good health in 2017 and going forward too. Way to go to you too!

danaymacklin with that attitude you will be one of our success stories. we just have to keep pushing. I sometimes get off track but it only takes a few lbs of gain to jump start me back to doing what I need to do. that is why these boards are so great. between this and several closed facebook sites I can get all my questions answered and get the encouragement I need. best of luck to you

Is an app that helps you work your way up to doing a 5k. Just search it in your app store. It alternates walking and jogging/running for various times to work you up. You can repeat, pause, whatever.
