Protein shake

Today is my first time trying my Protein shake at home "premiere protein " and it feels like it's getting stuck in my throat. Do that mean i'm not tolerating it?

The slips are so small it's takes me hours to finish an 8oz bottle, my first Protein shake from the hospital was ensure I didn't have this feeling

I had to thin mine with water initially. An hour is normal at 4 days out. Experiment with the temperature and consistency.

I've heard you can warm it up...might go down easier.
