Question for newbies and vets?

I am traveling for work the next two weekends. (ugh...i hate hotels) I start the pureed stage on Thursday for two weeks. Any suggestions on how to stay on track while on the road. I am packing a bunch of Protein shakes and protein Water, but need some quick options since I will not have a blender with me.

Thanks for any suggestions.

If you have a refrigerator, I would suggest greek yogurt, cream Soups with Protein powder and cottage cheese. Everything else pretty much requires processing.

Soups or scrambled eggs if you have to order food anywhere. Cottage cheese, yogurt, etc. if you have a mini fridge in your room. And then just lots of protein shakes!

Tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad -- just chew them up really well. You should be able to get them at any deli near your hotel. Scrambled eggs, poached eggs, applesauce, any kind of Soup you can tolerate. In a pinch, mashed potatoes, oatmeal.

You just have to have a plan. You've got this!

While not as good as a powered blender, the Blender Bottles with the wire balls in them do a decent job of mixing powders.
