Dropped down to half caf then decaf prior to surgery, then decaf, half caf and regular coffee post surgery as my stomach healed. Decaf could also be an irritant due to the acidity for some people.

I notice a lot of people saying that they are drinking coffee. Is that decafe or caffeine? I stopped drinking caffeine (Diet Coke and coffee) about 6 weeks ago. I want caffeine but was told not to.
