am i dehydrated?

help! how to tell if im dehydrated? sleeve surgery was Mon. home Wed. thought i was drinking enough Water but today i been really nauseous & i only had 12 oz of water w/2oz of Jello. now im dizzy. besides, my iud is making me bleed which is not right. i been checking my bp & its creeping up, now im at 197/107...how can this be? i havent taken a pain med since the hospital. what do i do??? i dont want to go back to hosp!
