I am 16 days post op and I have mild discomfort on my largest incision area. My pain was down to nothing until I went back to work this week. So my mild pain is due to being on my feet for 9 hours a day.

Today is a week post op for me. I have pain at my leftmost incision sight, but otherwise I feel ok. Still building strength.

I am one week post op and I don't have any soreness at all. I've been walking a lot and working to get all my Protein in. I'm amazed by how little I actually eat now. I'm getting tired of all the broth, Soups, and Protein shakes but I'm committed to this beautiful journey for the long haul.

Congrats and Good luck to everyone. I know we can all do this!

Don't look back, turn the page, and let your next chapter begin!

I'm two days post op and I have a little pain but I think I'm causing it because I am a stomach sleeper and keep trying to sleep in my stomach. I have been walking and trying to get all of my liquids in, so far, so good.

Good Luck to you!
