Help with protein!

Hey all, I was sleeved on December 19th! I feel pretty good, A little bit of stomach pain and a ton of throat pain. I didn't realize just how much my throat was going to hurt. I've been drinking some broth and decaf tea, and I think it's slowly starting to help. Anyone have any experience with this? My other more important question, is how much Protein were you taking in four days post op? Seems that when I try to drink a decent amount of protein, even slowly, my stomach hurts. I just want to know what everyone else's experience was with this? Water is a bit easier!

I feel pretty good, I think I'm gonna take another day or two to really amp up my Protein. I drank half of the shake today, and I really didn't love the way it made me feel. It just seemed to sit very heavy. So I think I'll take one more day. My incisions don't hurt but oh my god my Throat does. Are you still taking pain meds?
