Hi there, can anyone recommend a Multi Vitamin that I can get at a store ? Or Kiaser? I use Bariactric Advantage right now but almost out in 2 days and I have to order them online., Yes me bad waiting till last min.

My surgeon recommended using Flintstone Chewable Multivitamins. These are a little harder to find nowadays because they have been somewhat replaced with the gummy version (not recommended version), But you can still find the chewables on store shelves.

My surgeon told me to take Centrum Complete for Adults. I'm in Canada though!

My Kaiser pharmacy sells the Bariatric Advantage there. The have them in the back though not on shelf. Maybe give you pharmacy a call and ask if they carry them or if any other pharmacy does??

I take a prenatal vit very cheap at wal mart. has more than Centrum and one a day
