Insight on hair loss?

So, my hair loss started 2 months ago. It shows no sign of slowing down. My once long thick hair is now thin. No scalp showing and I'm the only one that has noticed, however id like to keep it this way. I have handfuls of hair loss with every shower. Not showering isn't an option so I'm hoping it just stops soon. Can anyone offer a timeline on their hair loss? I'm stressing!

I have baby fine hair and I lost a LOT. Like...crying and using colored powder to cover my scalp. My sister is a cosmetologist and gave me all sorts of products (Nioxin/Toppix) and chopped my hair really short. I took Biotin and got my Protein in but nothing helped. I am now 2 years post op and my scalp has just gotten to the point where it was before surgery. It's a long road but it's worth it.

Minoxidil and Biotin is supposed to help you grow your hair back. Nothing stops the loss and unfortunately if it is going to happen then it does. Can't stop it, so I say expect it to happen and if it doesn't then you dodged that bullet. If it does just know that it should stop and then grow back. That's what I'm banking on as I've been losing my hair for about 2 months now.
