  • I used Benadryl cream under the binder and it was a huge help. Sort of like a girdle that wraps around your abdomen. Some surgeons require them, others don't.

How about some baby powder?

Is the binder for post plastics?

What are these binders everyone talks about?

Thanks rachel412 ill try that. My surgeon requires me to wear a binder like Rachel said a girdle. I think i keeps your jelly rolls from moving all over the place and opening up your cuts. In my case i have a three inch incision and two dots on each end. But where it moves up and down it is causing irritation on my skin.

How far out are you? I never had a binder for the VSG.
