Surgery yesterday

Well surgery was yesterday. I am still in the hospital for now with a little nausea and a whole lot of pain, I'm jus glad the surgery part is overwith!

I had it yesterday too, Anniversary buddy!

I pushed through the pain and did/do a minimum of 5 laps.

WALKING absolutely helps so much!!!!

I have not a whole lot of walking and that has helped with the gas pain but not the stomach pain or the incision pain, so the doctor prescribed dilaudid today for me to go home on since that is working much better

burps will pass after a while

(weeks, months)

this sign will tell you that your new little tummy is full

stop before you reach that point

my doc/NUT told me to eat til i'm full

then stop 2 bites earlier!! :lol:
