Feeling pretty successful so far. I have 53 lbs to go to meet goal, but have lost 45!

SW: 219 10/3/16

CW: 192. (Pictured In black 12/5/16), size L-xL, 14

Now time to keep focused and on track through holiday/cookie season!

Most of us have struggled all our lives with this problem and some are for medical reasons but all in all it is just a great life change. You don't miss out only anything it makes the holidays worth more than food . Merry Christmas to all . I am 1 1/2 yrs out and I have lost over 200lbs I am now bouncing back and forth. I started at 456lbs and am at 249lbs. I need another 49lbs off hope it falls off after the first of the year ????

Congratulations you look amazing. I just had my surgery 3 weeks ago,noticing the weight loss,i'm so amazed. Keep up the good work... and for the rest of you who are getting ready, it will be WORTH IT..... ;)
