I'm so sorry your family has done this. My family are the only people I told. I share nothing unless I want to. I'm blessed with a supportive family. I did meet an amazing woman in one of my nutrition classes while going through this tough process. Her and I had Rny surgery a month apart. We don't live in the same city but she has been an amazing support. She's like my sister and checks with me,gives me what she learns. Maybe try to meet up with someone going through the same thing. Can't wait to see my surgery sister and Celebrate our success together. You deserve support. It's one of the hardest thing to do. I'm in the same situation. Tried crushing but couldn't stomach all that. I got a pill splitter and break them into little pieces that I could swallow down. Much better. Hope this helps. Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App
