6 weeks post op

I am 6 weeks post op! 26 lbs and 33 inches total lost! I am not sure if I am on track or if there is something more I could be doing. food and activity wise. Any suggestions?

That's the hard part. I have since moved. now have to get reestablished and find another surgeon. I moved from colorado to Utah. Don't get discouraged. I know people lose at different rates! I sometimes don't feel like I am losing at all or feel like I have lost what I have. Did you take measurements before your surgery? If you did, take them again. I did today. It really helps you to see even if it is just a little bit!
