vitamins during pre op

its the weekend so my surgeons office wont be open til monday for me to ask but i just started my pre op diet today and it just occurred to me i dont know if im supposed to be taking my vitamins during preop, my plan says nothing about it does anyone know if its ok?

    I know you don't suppose to take Vitamin E and Omega-3

    My nut said Vitamins until clear liquid preop. Then wait two weeks post op and restart.
